My passion for the field of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Implant
Dentistry allows me to deliver better care with greater compassion. My
goal is to provide you with the most recent research and technology so
you have the option to choose the best treatment available today!
Because I wanted to achieve the highest level of knowledge
and skill in the field of dentistry I became an Oral &
Maxillofacial Surgeon. Because I wanted to achieve the highest level of
knowledge and skill as a Surgeon I obtained a fellowship and became
board certified. Having moved to Toronto, Canada, I began my education
at the University of Toronto with a degree in Molecular Genetics. I
then completed four years of dental training at the University of
Western Ontario in Canada followed by a one year General Practice
Residency at the University of Toronto.
Due to my immense passion for surgery I joined the Residency Training
Program in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Brooklyn Hospital
Center affiliate of Cornell University and then completed a fellowship
in Cosmetic/Maxillofacial Surgery at the Missouri Baptist Medical
Center in St. Louis.
I have extensive experience in the diagnosis, management, and treatment
of Oral and Maxillofacial conditions. Including TMJ dysfunction,
orofaical pathology, dentofacial deformities, infections, dentoalveolar
defects, and maxillofacial trauma.
I am well versed in TMJ and Orthognathic procedures, implant therapy and
bone grafting, as well as dentoalveolar surgery.
Outside of my professional interests I have a tremendous
passion for technology and it's influence on our lives. I have a
special interest in macintosh computers, literature, world travel and
the world wide web! I reside with my wife in West Hartford, CT which is
a phenomenal place to live!

Dr. Tiffany Madison Christensen, DDS Orthodontist
Dr. Tiffany Madison Christensen was born and raised in Staten Island, NY, where she first realized that she wanted to follow in her father’s footsteps of becoming a dentist.
After receiving her DDS from Columbia University’s College of Dental Medicine, and induction into Omicron Kappa Upsilon (the National Dental Honor Society), she decided to further her expertise and to pursue a specialty in orthodontics. She completed her residency training in Orthodontics and received her masters degree, also at Columbia University. Dr. Christensen also recently completed her board certification and is now a diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics.
During her time after dental school, she has also given back to the students as an Assistant Instructor in Clinical Dental Medicine. She plans on continuing to teach on a voluntary basis throughout her career. She is also currently the secretary for Columbia’s Orthodontic Alumni Association.
Dr. Christensen currently resides in Connecticut with her husband, Evan, who she met as her dental classmate at Columbia. In her free time, she enjoys running, gourmet cooking, entertaining, and spending time with her family and friends in Manhattan as much as she can!

| Dr. Sarah Schroetter Orthodontist
Dr. Sarah Schroetter hails from North Carolina where she attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for both undergraduate and dental school. While in undergrad Dr. Schroetter was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa honor society and during dental school she was awarded the prestigious Eleanor J. Bushee Senior Dental Student Award. Prior to her orthodontic training Dr. Schroetter practiced general dentistry for three years. Dr. Schroetter completed her orthodontic residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine’s Department of Dentistry, Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx.
Her general dentistry experience led Dr. Schroetter to pursue a specialty in orthodontics as she enjoys working with children and adolescents and finds orthodontics extremely rewarding both for herself and her patients. She believes the confidence a beautiful smile creates is a lifelong asset and she feels lucky to be able to provide that service to her patients.
Dr. Schroetter’s interests include running, practicing yoga, cooking and spending time with her husband, Paul, and their two dogs.

Dr. Ono specializes in the esthetic restoration and replacing of teeth with an expertise in restoring the optimum appearance and function of her patients’ smiles. She received her specialty in Prosthodontics from Boston University School of Dental Medicine and graduated from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine.

| Dr. Paul Chen Dr. Paul Chen is a general practitioner with a concentration in pediatric dentistry. He graduated from NYU College of Dentistry and completed a 2 year residency in Jamaica Hospital Medical Center apprenticing under a pediatric dentist. Dr. Chen is currently a pediatric attending in Jamaica Hospital program and director of the Crimson Kings Drum Corps.Children require on-going assessment, advice and treatment to ensure a healthy, happy smile.

| Dr. Matthew Kerr DDS General Dentist Dr. Matthew Kerr DDS is originally from New York but has made Connecticut his home. Dr. Kerr received his dental degree from the School of Dental Medicine at SUNY Stony Brook in 1999 and graduated among the top in his class. He was awarded multiple honors including the American College of Dentists Professionalism and Performance Award, Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society, Dental Society of the State of New York Leadership Award, SUNY Stony Brook Award for Outstanding Alumni Relations, and ASDA Regional Delegate of the Year Award. Following graduation from dental school, he completed a two-year residency at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center in Queens, New York and became chief resident during the second year specializing in reconstructive and cosmetic dentistry. He has been practicing a comprehensive care approach for more than 10 years and takes extreme pride in providing patient education and patient comfort
In addition to his love of dentistry, Dr. Kerr has many interests and hobbies. He attended the University of Notre Dame and loves football, baseball, and hockey. He has been playing guitar for more than twenty years and had an amateur musical career in college. Dr. Kerr was also an amateur poker player who lived in Las Vegas for a few years. He loves hiking and traveling the Western United States, especially the National Parks.
